I didn't get all the Gems I was supposed to get in my package
There is some confusion regarding the Gem packages and how many Gems you're supposed to get. Mostly, some customers think the 170 Gems package includes an additional 10 Gems. This is not the case. The extra Gems are already included in the package.
Please take a look at the pricing breakdown below:
The packages that include 10 or 20 extra Gems already come with the extra Gems included in the package[/b].
For example, our prices are based on the $4.99 Gem package, which includes 80 Gems.
If you were to buy 2 $4.99 packages, you'd pay $9.98 and receive 160 Gems.
If you purchase the $9.99 package, the 10 extra Gems are already added in the package (160 + 10 = 170 Gems).
If you were to buy 4 $4.99 packages, you'd pay $19.96 and receive 320 Gems.
If you purchase the $19.99 package, you'd pay $19.99 and receive 350 Gems (320 + 30 = 350 Gems).
How can I get more Pogo Gems
You may purchase Pogo Gems using your credit card or an alternative payment option, such as PayPal. All transactions are final. To view available packages, click on Add Gems anywhere your Pogo Gems total is shown (like on the upper right-hand corner of the Pogo.com screen, where your Gem total is displayed).
You can also get Gems by following these steps:[/color]
- Click on My Account
- For verification purposes, you may have to log in again.
- Under the My Games Account section, you should see a box that displays how many Gems you have.
- Click on the Add Pogo Gems button in that box.
- Verify your password once again.
- Choose the amount of Gems you wish to add to your account and enter your payment information.
Also, if you're lucky, you can win Pogo Gems in some Jackpot Spinners.
Can Gems (or Premium Items) be given as gifts
- Gifting of Gems or items obtained with Gems is not available at this time. However, we are looking into supporting it in some form in the future.
- Please note that while Premium Albums can be purchased with Gems, Gems cannot be used when Gifting a Premium Album.
What games have Gems in the Jackpot Spinner
- All of the Club Pogo games currently offer Gems as a possible prize in the Jackpot Spinner. There are a few free games that offer Gem jackpots, and these are: High Stakes Pool, Pogo Bowl, Poppit!, and Word Whomp.
How does this affect non-U.S. members
- The Pogo Gems system is currently only available to players who are residents of the United States, Canada, France, Germany, or the UK.
- The Pogo Gems system is a feature separate from the subscription service that has additional legal compliance requirements, which vary from territory to territory. We are investigating what is necessary to support Pogo Gems in more regions and hope to expand Pogo Gems in the future.
