I made one a while back. I forget now what my theme was and have no idea if it was used. I need to find out how to tell i guess.
Anyway, i thought someone might like to try it out.

Create your own puzzle for Word Search Daily! Send us a list of about 30 words and a topic that ties them all together. Follow all of the guidelines below. If we pick your puzzle, it will become a Word Search Daily puzzle for everyone to play. We can even list your screen name as the author of the puzzle!
Here's how it works:
1. Read our submission guidelines.
2. Create a list of at least 30 words.
3. Fill out the form completely.
4. We'll review your puzzle!
5. If we accept your puzzle, we will include it in a future update to the game!
Guidelines & Tips - Please Read This Before Submitting!
* Words should not be more than 20 letters long (not including spaces).
* Use a specfic topic and choose words that relate to that topic. For example, instead of "Sports," use a more specific topic like "Soccer."
* We will edit your word list or theme and include your screen name (if you wish).
* This form is for submitting Word Search Daily puzzles ONLY. Comments and questions cannot be submitted with this form and will not be read.
Due to the number of submissions we are not able to contact you individually about your submission.
